1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections:

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy or representative for a third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of 711bit or any company involved in the operation of the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with 711bit. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or the same payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 711bit will close all accounts and may forfeit any balances pending investigation into the nature of the duplication.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid contact number. 711bit does not accept accounts registered with false or misleading details. Any discrepancy identified during KYC verification may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 711bit will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 711bit support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 711bit accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds, 711bit will request verification documents. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or Philippine National ID), a recent proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Processing times for KYC review are typically within 48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days depending on the receiving institution. 711bit does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your financial institution may apply standard transfer charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 711bit accounts team.

A wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds — and any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and Pusoy may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

711bit employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a no-risk wagering requirement completion, using low-risk strategies specifically designed to game bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to share bonus funds. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonuses removed and may be permanently closed.

6. Game Rules and Bet Settlement

6.1 General Game Rules

Each game available at 711bit is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before any wager is placed. These Terms establish general principles that apply across all games. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the specific game rules take precedence.

6.2 Technical Failures and Interrupted Games

In the event of a verified technical failure affecting the outcome of a game — including server disconnections, software errors, or network interruptions that demonstrably prevent a fair result — 711bit reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account. 711bit will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical failure that is beyond the platform's reasonable control.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled before it started or before the minimum qualifying period had elapsed; the odds were published in error at a clearly incorrect price; the player placed a wager after the relevant event had already concluded; or the wager was placed on a market that was suspended at the time the bet request was submitted. Void bets have their stakes returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game result or bet settlement at 711bit is incorrect, you must raise the dispute via the 711bit live chat support channel within 14 days of the disputed event. 711bit will review the dispute and provide a response within five business days. The decision of 711bit's settlements team is final in respect of all game outcomes and bet settlements.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Pre-Match and Live Betting

711bit accepts pre-match and live (in-play) wagers on a range of sports markets. Odds for both formats are displayed in the 711bit sportsbook and may change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds at which your bet will settle — any subsequent market movement does not affect an accepted wager.

7.2 Postponed and Abandoned Events

For sporting events that are postponed after the original scheduled start time, 711bit will settle bets if the event commences within 24 hours of the original start time. Events that do not commence within this window will have all pre-match wagers voided and stakes returned. Live bets placed after an event started may be settled differently depending on the stage at which the abandonment occurred.

7.3 Palpable Errors in Odds

711bit reserves the right to correct or void wagers placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — for example, where a decimal odds figure was clearly entered incorrectly due to a data feed error. Decisions regarding palpable errors are made by the 711bit sportsbook team and communicated to affected players via account notifications.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply per sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Accumulator bets that would produce a return exceeding the published maximum will be limited to the maximum payout for that market type.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 711bit platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account with 711bit under any name, address, payment method or device combination.
• False Identity: Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification or communication with support staff.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through any method that circumvents the spirit and conditions of those offers, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk coverage strategies, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, screen-scraping tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the 711bit platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer game formats including Pusoy, poker, and any live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using 711bit for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been successfully deposited and used on the platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the technical systems, game servers, security mechanisms or payment infrastructure of the 711bit platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

711bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification of a player as vulnerable in accordance with 711bit's responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts that show no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies including any applicable administrative fees are communicated in advance.
• A legal requirement or regulatory instruction to suspend or close accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation and funds remain in the balance following investigation, 711bit will determine the appropriate treatment of those funds based on the nature of the violation. Players whose accounts are closed in good standing (e.g., voluntary closure) may withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 711bit platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, icons, and audio — is the property of 711bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any element of the 711bit platform without prior written authorisation. Automated collection of game data, odds feeds, or user interface elements is also prohibited without an explicit licensing agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

711bit provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure platform stability, availability and security, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 711bit shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or wagering opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or device.
• The gaming decisions you make, including the selection of bets, game strategies, or use of promotional offers — these are your responsibility alone.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of 711bit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits 711bit's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

711bit collects and processes personal data as required to operate the platform, process payments, verify player identity, and comply with applicable regulations. By registering an account with 711bit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. 13. Responsible Gaming

711bit is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide the following tools and support mechanisms:

Your continued use of the 711bit platform after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any material change, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 711bit platform that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 6.4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
